Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you change your mind you can return your order quickly and easily using our Returns Portal.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original unused, unwashed condition, including all tags.

We offer Free Tracked Return labels for UK Exchanges and Store Credit Refunds, including free postage for the newly exchanged items. We also issue Tracked Return labels for Refunds and they incur a £3 cost, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. We do not refund original shipping costs unless items are faulty.

International customers can use the portal to log a return but will need to pay for a tracked return label.

How does the Portal work?

Using the returns portal is super simple. Just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items.

To begin your return or exchange just follow these steps:

  1. Open the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address that was used on the order. If your order was a gift, select the ‘Gift Return’ button and enter the name of the person who placed the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return.
  4. Select whether you would like to return, exchange, or take a store credit for your item. We offer a 5% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether. The store credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0.
  5. Select either a printed label or a QR code.
  6. Drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail Drop off Point shown in the portal. Once we have received and verified your return, your replacement items/refund/store credit will be automatically sent to you. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned goods. Bundle Returns

A full refund or store credit is issued only when all items from a bundle are returned. If less than the full amount of items is returned, the discount provided on the order is forfeited and the discount will be deducted from the returned items at full sale value prior to any discount.

 

Personalised Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised blankets. If the personalised item is faulty then please get in touch with us at enquiries@islaandfraser.com

 

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it or swap for store credit, just click the ‘Gift Return’ button on the Returns Portal to start your return.

 

Gift Card Returns

Gift cards cannot be returned. If for any reason a gift card is lost please get in touch at enquiries@islaandfraser.com with the original order number and we can void the original and send a replacement. The original expiry dates will still apply.
