For UK orders we offer an Express 1-2 day Tracked Service (choose between Royal Mail and DPD) or a Standard Tracked Service which takes up to 5 days.
Please allow between 3-14 days for International orders.
We dispatch all orders received before midday on the same day (weekdays only).

No, we do not include any paperwork in our packages. All order details are sent to the payee on email.
Our products sell out quickly, but don't worry, we always restock! If you enter your email address on the 'notify me' button on the product page then we will send you an email alert as soon as it is back in stock!
We do not offer wholesale and our products are only available through our website.

Yes, gift notes are free and can be added when you review your basket, before checkout.
Yes! If your shipping address is in the UK and you spend over £50 then you automatically get free delivery on your order. If you spend over £100 then you automatically get free express delivery on your order.
If your shipping address is in the US and you spend over $150 then you automatically get free express delivery on your order.

All of our knits are designed in the UK and ethically made in China. Every product we make is GOTS certified which means it has been sourced and made ethically and responsibly.
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our UK services, and DHL, UPS, and Pro Carrier for our International Services.
For all orders outside of the UK there might be customs charges to pay, and this will be based on the rates of each individual country's customs department. You will be responsible for paying any customs charges levied once your order reaches the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
