Privacy Statement: How we use Cookies

- “Log files” to track actions occurring on the website, and collect basic data including IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

    How do we use your information? 

    When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. 

    Your payment information (e.g. credit card details) provided when you make a purchase from our website is not received or stored by us. That information is processed securely and privately by the third party payment processors that we use. 

    We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

    - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
    - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our products or services.


    We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website.

    We do not share your information with third parties. Your order information (excluding any payment information) is used by Shopify, our website provider, to process your order.     When you opt-in to receive SMS messages with exclusive offers, we use the app Firetext. The only information we share is your first name and phone number, and this information is not shared with any other parties. 

    Finally, we may also share your Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

    CCPA

    The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated.
